Chia Seed Jam
Chia Seed Jam

Instructions

  1. Puree the berries. Add the chia seeds and honey and mix in. Depending on the taste and type of fruit, add a little lemon juice for a slightly sour note.
  2. Put the jam in a jar or container. Fill the jar only 3/4 full, as the jam will expand due to the chia seeds. Put the jam in the fridge and let it soak for 20 minutes.
  3. The jam can be kept refrigerated for 2-3 days.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
