Chicken and Avocado Sandwich

The chicken fillet and avocado salad are laid out between slices of toasted bread.

Ingredients

  • Boiled chicken fillet – 400 g
  • Light (low-fat) mayonnaise – 1/4 cup (50-60 g)
  • Chopped parsley – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1/4 teaspoon.
  • Ground black pepper – 1/8 teaspoon.
  • Avocado – 1 pc.
  • Lettuce leaves – 4 pcs.
  • Toast bread slices – 8 pcs.

Directions

  1. Cut the boiled chicken fillet into cubes. In a large bowl, stir together the chicken fillet, mayonnaise, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Peel and cut the avocado into cubes. Add avocado slices to fillet with mayonnaise and mix gently.
  3. On four slices of toasted bread (toast) put 1 sheet of lettuce.
  4. Place cooked chicken salad on each sheet and cover the sandwich with the second toast.
