Ingredients
Chicken mince – 500 grams
Breadcrumbs – 50 Grams
Shallots – 1 Piece
Egg – 1 Piece
Olive Oil – 60 Milliliters
Sauce “Marinara” – 720 Milliliters
Mozzarella – 200 Grams
Parmesan – 25 Grams
Parsley, twig – 1 Piece
Italian herbs – 1 tablespoon. spoon (dried)
Garlic – 2 Cloves
Salt – 1 Pinch
Ground black pepper – 0.5 Teaspoons
Directions
Make minced meat. Chop the parsley finely, mix it with grated parmesan, herbs, minced meat, eggs and chopped garlic and onions.
Also add crackers, salt and pepper, mix everything thoroughly.
Then form meatballs from the minced meat.
Then heat the oil in a large skillet (preferably cast iron). Fry the meatballs in it until golden brown for a couple of minutes.
Then empty the pan. Pour the sauce into it, and then add the meat balls again.
