Chicken and Pork Adobo

Ingredients

  • Chilli (red pepper) – 2-3 pcs (or to taste).
  • Sunflower or olive oil.
  • Chicken and pork pieces – 1 kg.
  • Garlic – a lot (to taste).
  • Favorite greens.
  • Vinegar (a lot), salt, bay leaf, soy sauce (1 tablespoon), black pepper

Directions

  1. This is a Filipino dish, but I didn’t find “Filipino cuisine” on the list.
  2. Cook either in a deep frying pan or in a casserole.
  3. First, fry the chicken and pork until brown.
  4. Finely chop the garlic and pepper, add to the meat, fry a little together.
  5. Then add vinegar, salt, black pepper, soy sauce (everything to taste).
  6. Reduce heat and simmer until meat is tender.
  7. Turn off, add greens.
  8. Serve with boiled rice.
