Ingredients
Chicken fillet – 2 pcs.
Champignons – 2 pcs.
Ham – 100 g
Butter – 30 g
Egg – 0.5 pcs.
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
Let’s prepare the products.
Divide each fillet into a large part and a small part.
Put a large piece of fillet on a sheet of cling film, cover it with another piece of film.
Actively beat off the chicken meat to the thinnest possible state, avoiding rupture. Let’s do the same with the second large fillet.
We put two pieces of beaten fillet on a flat plate, sprinkle with salt and pepper, set aside for a while.
Chop the remaining two small pieces of fillet into small cubes with a knife.nWe also cut the ham into small cubes.
In a bowl, mix the diced fillets and the ham.
Add half an egg, soft butter, salt and pepper. Let’s mix.
In a frying pan, heat up quite a bit of vegetable oil (about 1 teaspoon), fry whole mushrooms on all sides until golden brown.
Put the beaten chicken meat on a piece of a baking bag, put half of the prepared filling on it. Put one fried champignon on top.
We collect the edges of the film in the form of a bag, tie it with a thread. Let’s make two bags. We will bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven.
We will free the finished chicken bags from the film and serve hot.
