Chicken Breast and Bell Pepper Sandwiches

We all love to have a delicious snack. Chicken breast and bell pepper sandwiches are unusual, but at the same time simple and insanely delicious dishes. I hope you will appreciate it.

Cook: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast fillet – 200-300 g
  • Sweet pepper – 1 pc.
  • Cheese – 100 g
  • Small carrots – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp for the filling + to grease the bread
  • Spices (e.g. chicken seasoning) – to taste
  • Sunflower oil for frying – how much will it take
  • White buns or white bread – 8-10 slices

Directions

  1. First, take a chicken breast fillet (200 grams is enough), chop it finely. We will also cut the carrots.
  2. Lightly fry the chicken fillet and carrots in sunflower oil, as all this will still be baked.
  3. Chop the bell pepper finely and add the fried carrots with the breast to it.
  4. Add the mayonnaise to the same place. You can add spices to taste – salt, black pepper, dried dill, or parsley, as well as special spice mixtures (I used “chicken seasoning”).
  5. Grate the cheese separately on a fine grater.
  6. We cut white buns or just plain white bread (like me) into slices.
  7. Everything is almost ready, all that remains is to put the sandwiches on a baking sheet. We take a slice of bread and smear it with a layer of mayonnaise (to make our sandwiches even more tender). Then put the chicken fillet with pepper filling on it. And sprinkle with cheese on top. We do this with all the bread and leave the sandwiches on the baking sheet.
  8. We bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees – and our delicious sandwiches with chicken breast and sweet pepper are ready.
