A very tasty and quick dish – chicken breast chops. Perfect for any occasion, for dinner or for unexpected guests.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 500 g
  • Chicken egg – 3 pcs.
  • Flour – how much will it take
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. The ingredients for making chicken breast chops are in front of you.
  2. Wash and dry the chicken fillet. Cut into portions.
  3. Beat the fillet with a kitchen hammer. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Dip the chop in flour.
  5. Then in the egg.
  6. Preheat a frying pan. Pour 5 tablespoon. tablespoons of vegetable oil. Place the meat in hot oil. Fry chicken breast chops over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on both sides.
