Chicken Breast Curry with Vegetables (in a Slow Cooker)

The recipe for cooking delicious chicken with mushrooms and vegetables in a popular multi-cooker household appliance.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast – 600 g
  • Olive oil – 50 g
  • Sun-dried tomatoes – 10 g
  • Garlic – 10 g
  • Fresh chili – 10 g
  • Fresh thyme – 10 g
  • Fresh rosemary – 10 g
  • Mix of 5 peppers – 10 g
  • Sea salt – 10 g
  • Curry – to taste
  • Champignons
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Potatoes young
  • Green onions
  • Dill greens
  • Soy sauce

Directions

  1. Marinate chicken breast. For the marinade you will need: thyme, chili, olive oil, garlic, carrots, spices.
  2. Pour sea salt and a little curry on the bottom of the multicooker. Season the chicken breast with sea salt.
  3. Place the chicken breast in a slow cooker.
  4. Top with chopped champignons, cherry tomatoes …
  5. … young potatoes, green onions and dill.
  6. Drizzle with soy sauce.
  7. Close the chicken in a multicooker with vegetables and turn it on in the “Brown” mode (one of the rice cooking modes in this multicooker model) for 1 hour.
  8. Chicken breast in a slow cooker is ready. Enjoy your meal!
