Chicken Breast Curry with Vegetables (in a Slow Cooker)

The recipe for cooking delicious chicken with mushrooms and vegetables in a popular multi-cooker household appliance.
Ingredients
Chicken breast – 600 g
Olive oil – 50 g
Sun-dried tomatoes – 10 g
Garlic – 10 g
Fresh chili – 10 g
Fresh thyme – 10 g
Fresh rosemary – 10 g
Mix of 5 peppers – 10 g
Sea salt – 10 g
Curry – to taste
Champignons
Cherry tomatoes
Potatoes young
Green onions
Dill greens
Soy sauce
Directions
Marinate chicken breast. For the marinade you will need: thyme, chili, olive oil, garlic, carrots, spices.
Pour sea salt and a little curry on the bottom of the multicooker. Season the chicken breast with sea salt.
Place the chicken breast in a slow cooker.
Top with chopped champignons, cherry tomatoes …
… young potatoes, green onions and dill.
Drizzle with soy sauce.
Close the chicken in a multicooker with vegetables and turn it on in the “Brown” mode (one of the rice cooking modes in this multicooker model) for 1 hour.
Chicken breast in a slow cooker is ready.
