Ingredients

  • 1 kg chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 300 g cream cheese with herbs (Bresso)
  • 600 ml whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon parsley (frozen)
  • 10 slices ham, smoked (e.g. Black Forest)
  • 1 small Glass mustard, hotter
  • Fat for the baking dish

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into approx. 5 cm thick slices. Brush the slices generously with mustard on one side. Wrap each of these slices with 1 - 2 slices of ham, depending on their length and thickness, and place them next to each other in a greased baking dish.
  2. Cook in the preheated oven for approx. 30 minutes at 180 ° C convection on the middle shelf in the oven. In the meantime, stir the bresso, cream and parsley into a sauce and pour over the meat. Cook for another 15-20 minutes. Do not salt! Don`t pepper!
  3. Tastes great with rice, boiled potatoes or flat bread. Can also be prepared with turkey meat.
