Ingredients

  • 600 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 500 g broccoli, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 250 g herbal cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil (alba oil) for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into strips.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Fry the chicken strips for about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature 74°C / 165°F).
  3. Add the broccoli florets (fresh or thawed) to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the cream and cream cheese to the pan and stir until combined.
  5. Season with 4 tablespoons soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
