Chicken Breast on the Grill

We often use this method of cooking chicken breast in nature. While the chicken is marinated, prepare the coals. As a result, the grilled breast is not dry, aromatic and of course tasty. And most importantly, cooking is a pleasure – simple and fast!

Servings: 8

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast – 1.2-1.5 kg
  • Garlic – 4 cloves
  • Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Ground red pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Chicken meat (it is better to choose chilled chicken breasts) cut across into pieces about 7-10 mm thick.
  2. Add garlic, spices and mayonnaise to the chicken fillet.
  3. Mix thoroughly and leave the chicken in the marinade for 30-40 minutes (more or less).
  4. Fry the chicken fillet on the charcoal grill on both sides for about 10 minutes.
  5. The main thing is not to overexpose the chicken breast on the grill.
  6. Done!
