Ingredients
- 500 g zucchini
- 250 g cherry tomato (s)
- 2 teaspoons tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons Provence herbs
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 1 chilli pepper (s), fresh, red
- 600 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder
- salt and pepper

- Wash, clean and dice the zucchini. Wash tomatoes, cut in half or, depending on the size, cut into quarters. Mix the zucchini, tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, crushed garlic cloves and finely chopped chilli. Season with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Best in one with a lid, a Roman pot also works.
- Wash the chicken breast fillets and pat dry. Mix the oil with the spices. Brush the fillet with it and place it on top of the vegetables in the baking dish. Close the mold with the lid.
- Cook in a preheated oven at 200 ° C top / bottom heat for 15 minutes, then remove the lid and cook for another 45 minutes.
- Baked potatoes, fresh baguette or rice go well with this.
