- 250 g salmon fillet (s), frozen
- 2 spring onion (s)
- 1 cm ginger
- 3 tomato (s)
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove (s) garlic, optional

- Cut the tomatoes, ginger and spring onions into small pieces and place in a bowl. Season everything with soy sauce and lemon juice and add salt and pepper to taste. If you want, you can also add a clove of garlic. Add the oil and mix everything well. Place the tomatoes in a baking dish, place the salmon fillets on top and bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 ° (fan oven).
