Ingredients

  • 400 g salmon fillet (s), skinless
  • 1 lime (s), untreated
  • 4 tablespoon basil, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, mixed, e.g. parsley, oregano, basil, chives, fresh or dried
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped or pressed
  • Butter, for the baking dish

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon fillets into 2 cm thick slices.
  2. Grate the lime zest in a bowl, squeeze out the juice, add to the zest and mix with the basil and olive oil. Place the salmon slices in the marinade and let rest for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Cut tomatoes into slices. Grease a baking dish with butter, put tomatoes in it, season with herbs and pressed garlic. Place the mold in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for 10 minutes. Then remove the mold, distribute the marinated salmon on the tomatoes and place in the oven again for about 12 minutes.
  4. White bread / baguette, potatoes and salad go well as a side dish.
