  • 4 chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 4 tablespoon mustard, grainier
  • 1 packet bacon
  • Pepper, freshly ground black
  • Chives, fresher, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 °. Season both sides of the chicken fillets with pepper and brush with mustard.
  2. Place 3 slices of breakfast bacon so that they overlap and press flat with a wide knife. Carefully wrap the chicken fillet in it and do the same with the remaining fillets. Put the fillets in a baking dish and bake at 190 ° for 25-30 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with the chives and serve immediately. Anything goes well with it, we like mashed potatoes with garlic and a salad or the colorful paprika rice from Sam33 or just baguette.
