Chicken Curry

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast – 2 Pieces
  • Bulgarian pepper – 0.5 pieces
  • Onions – 1 Piece
  • Tomato paste – 1 tablespoon the spoon
  • Olive oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
  • Water – 210 Milliliters
  • Curry – 3 Teaspoons
  • Salt – To taste

Directions

  1. Then add curry and tomato paste to the pan. Cook the ingredients for a couple of minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Then add the finely chopped breast. Cook all together for 5 minutes. Then pour in the water. Cook for 30 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Finally, add chopped pepper and salt. Simmer for another 4 minutes. Serve with a side dish.
