Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 small onion (s), finely diced
  • 1 handful celery, finely diced
  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped curry
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons, heaped chicken broth, instant
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 300 ml whipped cream
  • 4 port. Pasta (Spirelli) cooked
  • 1 handful chives, cut

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the chicken breast and cut into bite-sized, 2 cm cubes.
  2. Finely dice the onion and 1/4 tuber of celery (handful).
  3. Pour the oil into the saucepan and fry the onion until translucent. Add the celery and fry a little, then add the chicken breast cubes and sear them, then deglaze with the apple juice and vinegar and simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. (Add the curry, paprika, pepper, the chicken stock and the salt and then simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
  5. Now add the cream and let it boil down, season to taste as required and sprinkle half of the chives.
  6. Cook the spirelli according to the package instructions, pour the sauce over it and garnish with the rest of the chives. Alternatively, you can mix in the noodles directly and then serve.
