Ingredients

  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 tablespoon curry
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, granulated or /2 vegetable stock cube
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 6 tablespoon pineapple, finely chopped
  • 1 chicken breasts, finely diced
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Put the cream in a saucepan and reduce it by half (use a high saucepan, as the cream foams a lot). Add the other ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. The dish goes well with flatbread or rice.
  3. Some variants: For the luxury version you can use 2 handfuls of crabs or prawns instead of the chicken breast (turkey is also possible, of course).
  4. If you don`t like raisins, take apricots. Or apples instead of pineapples.
  5. For those who like it spicy - add 1 crumbled chilli pepper.
