- 1 large can peach (s)
- 2 cups sweet cream, liquid
- salt

- 250 g pasta
- 1 tablespoon oil (olive oil)

- Cut the fillets into small strips, fry them in portions in the oil, then fry the onion cut into very small cubes. Stir in the curry powder and sizzle for a few minutes over a low heat, stirring constantly. Pour in the juice from the peaches and heat briefly. Simmer over a low flame for about 10 minutes.
