Ingredients

  • 300 g noodles (butterfly noodles)
  • 2 tablespoon oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 1 onion (s), red, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), dried, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon curry powder
  • 5 canned half peach (s), cut into pieces
  • Peach juice
  • 1 cup cream
  • 100 g cashew nuts, roasted
  • Lemon juice
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cooking pasta. In the meantime, heat the oil. Fry the onions and chilli pepper, shortly afterwards add the garlic. When the onions are translucent, add the curry powder and fry. Add the peaches and juice, pour in the cream. Let it simmer gently. Finally add the cashew nuts, heat, season with lemon juice and season well with salt.
  2. The dish tastes clearly sweet, you have to like that. If you like it more Asian, you should use curry paste and coconut milk instead of powder and cream.
