  • Chicken breast – 1 pc. (400-500 g)
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
  • Pepper to taste

For batter:

  • Chicken eggs – 2-3 pcs.
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Flour – 2-3 tbsp

  1. Wash the chicken breast and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into portions across the fibers.
  3. Place each piece between plastic wrap and pound with a hammer until flattened and even.
  4. Season each piece with salt and pepper to taste on both sides.
  5. Prepare the batter: crack 2 eggs into a bowl, add salt to taste, whisk in enough flour to make a smooth batter, and beat until well combined.
  6. Heat 4 tbsp vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  7. Dip each chicken piece in batter to coat both sides, then place in the hot oil.
  8. Fry over medium heat for 3-5 minutes until the first side is golden brown.
  9. Flip and fry for 3-5 minutes on the other side until golden brown.
  10. Check that the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F), then serve with your favorite side dish or vegetables.
