  • Chicken fillet – 500 grams
  • Onions – 1-2 Pieces (leek or onion)
  • Eggs – 2 Pieces
  • Salt – To taste
  • Spices – To taste

Chicken Fillet Cutlets Instructions

  1. Finely chop 1-2 onions or use a blender to chop them.
  2. Cut 500g chicken fillet into small pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine the chopped chicken and onion, beat in 2 eggs, add salt and spices to taste, and mix thoroughly.
  4. Form the mixture into cutlets. If desired, coat them with breadcrumbs, flour, or semolina.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat until hot.
  6. Add the cutlets and fry for 3-4 minutes on the first side until golden brown.
  7. Turn the cutlets, reduce heat to medium, cover with a lid, and fry for 4-5 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
  8. Serve hot.
