Onions – 180 g
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Sour cream – 2 tbsp (50 g)
Wheat flour – 80 g

Directions
Prepare your ingredients.
Cut the chicken fillet into portions of the desired size. I cut each fillet in half lengthwise, and then cut each of the halves across, into another 5-6 pieces.
Place the fillet pieces on a plate. Lightly sprinkle the fillet pieces on both sides with salt, ground black pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. Place the fillets in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Peel and chop the onions into large pieces and place in a blender bowl.
Chop the onion for 1-2 minutes, until a homogeneous gruel is obtained.
Prepare the batter. Connect chopped onions, eggs and sour cream. Mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add half the flour (40 g), dried parsley (or a mixture of dried herbs) and a little salt to taste. Mix everything well again so that no lumps of flour remain.
In the remaining flour, carefully roll each piece of chicken fillet on both sides.
Then dip the fillet into the prepared batter.
Heat a skillet over medium heat, brush it with vegetable oil and place the chicken fillet pieces in batter. Fry the fillets until golden brown on one side (about 2-3 minutes).
Then turn over and fry on the other side, about 1.5-2 minutes more.
Chicken fillet in onion batter is ready. Serve the dish hot, adding garnish, ketchup or tomato sauce if desired.
