One of the easiest and quickest to prepare, but at the same time incredibly tasty and everyone’s favorite dishes is chicken fillet in sour cream. Ideal for a quick but tasty lunch or dinner.

Cook: 30 mins

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 700 Grams
  • Onion – 2 Pieces
  • Butter – 50 Grams
  • Vegetable oil – 5 Tbsp. spoons
  • Sour cream – 500 grams
  • Water – 200 Milliliters
  • Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic – 5 Cloves
  • Fresh cilantro – 25 grams
  • Salt – – To taste
  • Spices – – To taste

Directions

  1. Put butter in a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil and add spices. We put on medium heat to warm up.
  2. When the butter is melted and the spices are smelling, add the coarsely chopped chicken fillet. Fry for 10 minutes, stirring and turning.
  3. Then add the coarsely chopped onion, stir and cook for another 20 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. Turn off the fire. Add sour cream, finely chopped garlic and spices. We mix.
  5. We return to the fire. Pour in water gradually and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat.
  6. Add fresh cilantro (other greens can be used), mix and cook for another 2-5 minutes over medium heat, until the dish acquires the consistency you need (someone likes a thinner sauce, someone thicker). Remove from heat and serve. Chicken fillet in sour cream is ready!

Bon appetit!
