Ingredients
For the gratin:
- 750 g potato (s)
- salt and pepper
- Nutmeg, grated
- 75 g cheese (country cheese, e.. Landana), rated
- 150 g whipped cream (whipped cream)
For the meat:
- 200 g carrot (s)
- 125 g cheese (country cheese, e.. Landana), rated
- 4 chicken breast fillet (s) or chicken fillets, approx. 125 g each
- 2 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 8 slices bacon

- Peel, wash and thinly slice the potatoes. Layer in an ovenproof dish and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Scatter 75 g of cheese on top. Pour in the whipped cream.
- Bake in a preheated oven (electric stove: 200 ° C / gas: level 3) for about 50 minutes.
- Grate the carrots and mix with the rest of the cheese.
- Wash the meat, pat dry and turn in flour. Fry in hot oil for approx. 2 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Place in an ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the carrot and Landana grated on the fillets. Place 2 slices of bacon on top.
- Bake in the oven together with the gratin for 15-20 minutes. Serve with the potato gratin.
