Ingredients
Chicken fillet – 350-400 g
Sour cream – 250 ml
Butter – 20 g
Salt – 1 teaspoon (to taste)
Ground white pepper – 0.25 teaspoon (to taste)
Grated lemon zest – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
Directions
Prepare foods according to the list.
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
Wash the lemon, grate the zest on a fine grater.
Place the chicken in a microwave-safe dish and season with salt.
Then pour the sour cream over the chicken.
Add lemon zest, sprinkle with pepper. Cut the butter into pieces or grate and put on top.
Cover the dishes with cling film.
Put in the microwave. Heat without boiling, the desired temperature is determined by the beginning of the rise of the film over the dishes. If all the chicken pieces are not evenly light, open the foil and move the raw pieces to the edges.
