Ingredients
Chicken – 1500 Grams
Onion – 1 Piece
Tomatoes – 2 Pieces
Garlic – 3-4 Cloves
Butter – 5 tbsp
Turmeric – 1 Teaspoon
Ginger – 2 Tbsp. spoons
Curry – 1 Teaspoon
Chili Powder – 1 Teaspoon
Coriander – 3 Teaspoons
Salt, pepper – To taste
Directions
Fry chopped onions and garlic in butter in a large skillet. Add ginger. Cook until the onions are brown.
Reduce heat to low. Add some seasoning: curry, turmeric, coriander, salt and ground pepper. Prepare the chicken at this time. Combine the remaining spices of turmeric, ginger, chili, coriander, salt and pepper and marinate the meat pieces.
Cut tomatoes into small cubes and add to the pan. Simmer them, covered, until the tomatoes are tender.
After the tomatoes have squeezed out their juice, place the meat in the skillet and cook, covered for about an hour, stirring every 5-7 minutes.
Stir juicy meat with sauce and serve with any side dish.
