Ingredients

  • 1 chicken, fresh, kg or larger (if necessary also chicken legs)
  • 1 can tomato (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 onion (s)
  • 6 potato (s)
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Divide the chicken into pieces, wash, dry. Peel and quarter, eighth or slice potatoes and onions. Clean the garlic, leave the cloves whole. Sprinkle the chicken pieces with salt, pepper and paprika on all sides and let them steep.
  2. Place the chicken pieces in a roasting pan and fry them with a little oil. Then place the potatoes around the chicken pieces, after about 20-30 minutes add onions, garlic and tomatoes without sauce, from time to time drizzle the chicken pieces with the oil from the roasting pan. Fry in a preheated stove at 200 degrees, depending on the size of the chicken, for 55 to 70 minutes.
