“Kebab on skewers”, for me it’s just a kebab, but simple and tasty. We take note of everything – the May holidays are coming soon, and this recipe will delight you!
Cook: 40 minutes
Servings: 3
Ingredients
Chicken fillet (breast) – 4 pcs.
Bulgarian red pepper – 1 pc.
Bulgarian yellow pepper – 1 pc.
Red onion – 1 pc.
Dried ginger – 1 tbsp
Dried garlic – 1 tbsp
Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
Sesame oil – 2 tbsp
Sugar – 0.5 tbsp
Directions
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
Marinate the chicken by adding all the marinade ingredients to it. Leave the chicken to marinate for half an hour.
Cut the bell peppers into squares of 1.5-2 square s. cm.
Cut the onion into four parts and divide them into separate “petals”.
On long skewers (the size of a baking sheet) string chicken, pepper and onion alternately.
Place the chicken and vegetable kebabs on a baking sheet (preferably covered with baking paper).
Bake chicken kebabs in the oven for 25-35 minutes at 200 degrees. After 15 minutes, turn the skewers over to bake on the other side. (For a crisp finish, turn on the grill 5 minutes before the end of cooking.)
Chicken skewers with vegetables can be served with herbs such as a salad, such as an iceberg.
