We send chicken meat to the marinade, mix and marinate for 30-60 minutes.
We prepare the rest of the products. We take out puff pastry from the refrigerator, wash vegetables.
Cut the cheese and bell peppers into cubes.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half; very small tomatoes can be left whole.
We string chicken fillet on skewers, alternating with pepper, cheese and tomatoes.
Roll out the puff pastry a little and cut into strips 3 cm wide.
We wrap the chicken skewers in strips of puff pastry, press the edges well.
We spread chicken skewers in puff pastry on a sheet and grease with a beaten egg. We bake in a preheated oven until golden brown, 35 minutes. Temperature – 180-200 degrees.
