Chicken Kebab with Curry, in the Oven

In order not to bother for a long time over the choice of spices for chicken kebabs, I take a mixture of curry, garlic powder and lemon juice. Marinate chicken thighs in this mixture and fry in the oven immediately. Considering that chicken and curry are made for each other, the taste of barbecue is harmonious and rather unusual.

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs – 4 pcs.
  • Curry (powder) – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon.

Directions

  1. Remove the bone and skin from the thighs. Cut the pulp into small pieces. My thighs are small, I cut each of them only into two parts.
  2. Place the thighs in a bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Place the chicken on a skewer. Place on a high-rimmed baking sheet so the meat does not touch the bottom.
  4. Send the kebabs to the oven preheated to 200 ° C. Cook for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown. Chicken curry kebab is ready! In the meantime, the kebab is being cooked in the oven, you can easily prepare a side dish.
