Ingredients

  • 150 g breadcrumbs, for breadcrumb breadin
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 pinch (s) chilli
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon herbs, own choice, also mixed
  • 3 egg (s), whisked
  • 150 grams flour
  • 4 chicken legs, peeled
  • Oil, e.g. rapeseed or sunflower oil

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs with the spices and place in a bowl.
  3. Place the beaten eggs in a shallow bowl.
  4. Put the flour in a bowl.
  5. Carefully bread the skinned chicken legs:
  6. Turn the chicken legs first in the flour, then in the beaten eggs, then in the spice and breadcrumb breading.
  7. Place the breaded chicken pieces on a greased baking sheet, carefully spray / brush with oil and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  8. You can serve it with rice or potatoes and vegetables or you can enjoy the chicken legs straight with ketchup or a barbecue sauce of your choice.
