- 450 g chicken breast fillet (s)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon Maggi
- 200 g pasta
- 1 red pepper (s)
- 100 g rocket
- 150 ml sweet cream
- salt and pepper
- oil

- Cut the meat into strips or pieces and marinate for 15 minutes in a mixture of 2 tablespoons Maggi and lime or lemon juice and soak.
- In the meantime, cook the pasta until al dente, clean and dice the bell peppers, clean and wash the rocket.
- Fry the meat and the diced paprika. Add the cooked pasta and add the cream, bring everything to the boil. Add 1 tablespoon Maggi. Then season with salt and pepper.
- Put the whole thing on the plate and finally serve garnished with the rocket.
- Tip: I also like to add cocktail tomatoes, very tasty and refreshing.
