Chicken Nuggets or Spanish Tapas

A light table consisting of a variety of various snacks “for one bite” (okay, for one and a half bites) is, in my opinion, a very good option for a party, for an easy-going company.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast (fillet) – 1 pc.
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Cherry tomatoes – 4 pcs.
  • Baguette – 1 pc.
  • Breadcrumbs – for breading
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into slices to the desired size. Shake the egg, add salt. We transfer the breast to the egg.
  2. Then we bread in rusks. Cover the bottom of the pan with parchment paper (see video), pour and heat the oil.
  3. Fry chicken nuggets in oil until tender (do not overdry, check for the elasticity of the pieces and the absence of pink shades inside). Cut the baguette, cucumber, cherry tomatoes. We collect tapas using wooden skewers.
  4. Ready-made Spanish tapas. Spanish tapas can be served.
