Chicken Pieces in a Creamy Sauce

Would you like to treat yourself to a delicious and uncomplicated dish? Then the recipe for making chicken pieces in a creamy sauce is simply irreplaceable. Appetizing, tender fillet that literally melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 300 Grams
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 1-2 Cloves
  • Green onions – 5-6 pieces
  • Sour cream – 100 grams
  • Cream – 150 Milliliters
  • Salt – 1 Pinch
  • Pepper – 1 Pinch
  • Vegetable oil – 1

Directions

  1. Wash the chicken fillet, dry with a paper towel and cut into pieces of the same size. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan (you can use butter if you want) and send the chicken there.
  2. While the fillet is fried, you can do vegetables. Peel the onion and cut into medium half rings, the garlic into cubes. Wash, dry and chop the green onions. Also, if desired, in the recipe for making chicken pieces in a creamy sauce, you can use other herbs to taste.
  3.  Add onion to the pan first, and when it becomes transparent – garlic. You can also diversify the dish with other vegetables.
  4. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir and put sour cream in a frying pan. After a couple of minutes, pour in the cream. Bring everything to a boil and simmer over low heat until tender. Then add the green onions and mix well again.
  5.  If pasta is chosen as a side dish, then cheese will be an ideal addition to such a dish. Pour it into the pan to the sauce 3-5 minutes before cooking.
