  • 8 slices sausage, poultry with chicken breast)
  • 200 g apricot (s), fresh or well drained from the can
  • 150 g strawberries
  • 100 g mascarpone
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the apricots and strawberries into small cubes.
  2. Mix the balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, salt and pepper into the mascarpone.
  3. Mix the diced apricots and strawberries into the seasoned mascarpone.
  4. Place roughly equal portions of the mixture on each sausage slice.
  5. Roll up each sausage slice and arrange on a serving platter.
