Chicken Rolls with Bacon and Zucchini

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 4 Pieces
  • Bacon – 300 Grams
  • Zucchini – 1 Piece
  • Garlic – 3 Cloves
  • Salt – To taste
  • Lettuce leaf – 3-5 Pieces

Directions

  1. Cut the zucchini lengthwise into thin slices, boil them over low heat for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Chop the garlic into small pieces with a knife.
  3. Salt the zucchini plate, add the garlic.
  4. Wrap the zucchini with the chicken fillet.
  5. Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve on a platter with lettuce leaves.
