Baked chicken rolls with mushroom caviar from honey agarics are a wonderful dish.

Ingredients
Chicken fillet – 3 pcs.
Mushroom caviar from honey agarics – 300 g
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
For mushroom caviar:
Honey mushrooms (you can take other mushrooms) – 800-900 g
Bulb onions – 1-2 pcs.
Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
For the sauce:
Butter – 50 g
Flour – 1 tbsp
Milk – 1 glass
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Dry Italian herbs – to taste
Directions
Cut the chicken fillet in half lengthwise and beat through the plastic. Season with salt and pepper.
Put a layer of mushroom caviar on each fillet and roll up.
Fry the finished chicken rolls with mushrooms until golden brown in a pan with heated vegetable oil. Start frying with the rolls seam side down.
Place the fried chicken rolls with mushrooms in a fireproof dish.
Prepare the sauce. To do this, fry the flour in butter, stirring occasionally, gradually add milk, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps. Season with salt and pepper, add dry herbs. Pour the sauce over the chicken rolls and bake in an oven preheated to 175 degrees for 35 minutes.
Sprinkle the prepared chicken rolls with mushrooms with herbs. You can boil mashed potatoes, rice, pasta with rolls.
