Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken breast, diced
  • 4 large pickled cucumber (s)
  • 1 glass asparagus (asparagus sections)
  • 1 apple
  • Oil for frying

For the dressing:

  • 100 g salad cream or mayonnaise
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry the diced chicken breast in a little oil in a pan, season with salt and pepper. Dice the apple and cucumber, drain the asparagus. Now mix the ingredients for the dressing, season with salt, pepper and curry. Mix everything in a bowl, done.
