  • 6 chicken breast fillet (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 ml sauce (French dressing)
  • 1 small Glass lingonberries, (wild lingonberries, 220 g)
  • 500 ml whipped cream
  • 1 sachet soup (onion soup)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold running water, pat dry, sprinkle with salt and pepper and place side by side in a greased, flat baking dish.
  2. Mix the French dressing, cranberries, cream and onion powder and pour the mixture onto the chicken breast fillets.
  3. Put the pan on the wire rack in the oven.
  4. Top-bottom heat: about 180 ° (preheated)
  5. Hot air: about 160 °
  6. Cooking time: about 60 minutes
