  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 1 large red pepper (s)
  • 1 thick leek stick (s)
  • 2 zucchini
  • Curry paste, red
  • Cremefine
  • Coconut oil for frying
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into strips. Wash the leek and cut into fine rings, as well as the peppers and cut into cubes. Bring the zucchini into spaghetti shape with a spiral cutter (but you can also use a vegetable peeler).
  2. Now fry the chicken strips vigorously in a pan. Add the diced paprika and leek slices and fry them only briefly so that both still have a bite. Finally season with salt, pepper and red curry paste, add Cremefine to taste.
  3. At the same time fry the zucchini spaghetti in another pan for about 3 minutes at high temperature with salt and pepper. Serve together.
