Ingredients

  • 600 g potato (s)
  • 250 g carrot (s)
  • 300 g broccoli
  • 400 g chicken breast fillet (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 packet hollandaise sauce (250ml)
  • 5 tablespoon milk
  • 50 g parmesan, rated

Instructions

  1. Blanch the peeled potatoes in slices in salted water for 5 minutes, drain. Blanch the sliced carrots in salted water for 5 minutes, add the cleaned broccoli after 2 minutes. Scare everything off.
  2. Salt and pepper the meat. Fry in the oil for 1 minute on each side, cut into slices.
  3. Layer the potatoes, vegetables and meat in a pan. Mix together the sauce, milk and parmesan, pour over. Bake at 200 degrees on the 2nd rack from the bottom for 25 minutes.
  4. Gas level 3, convection 175 degrees.
