Ingredients

  • 3 clove (s) garlic
  • 8 tablespoon vegetable oil, neutral
  • 6 tablespoon soy sauce, light
  • 2 tablespoon molasses or brown sugar
  • 1 lime (s), add the juice from it
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 kg chicken wings

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except for the chicken wings to a marinade. Best in a shaker or in a blender. The advantage in the mixer is the thicker consistency of the marinade. Let the chicken wings soak in the marinade for at least 4 hours.
  2. When grilling in the oven afterwards, first brown the wings from the underside, then turn them over and grill until they are crispy. Brush with marinade more often when grilling.
