Chicken with Cheese and Tomatoes

The recipe for a quick and tasty dinner. Delicate chicken meat is baked in the oven with tomatoes, onions and cheese. The dish is so rich and self-sufficient that you don’t need an additional side dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 1 Kilogram
  • Tomatoes – 2 Pieces
  • Hard cheese – 150 Grams
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Mayonnaise – To taste
  • Salt – To taste
  • Spices – To taste

Directions

  1. We beat the chicken fillet, salt and pepper. Place the meat in a baking dish.
  2. Lubricate the chicken with mayonnaise, and put the tomato rings on top.
  3. Cut the onion into rings, put it on the tomatoes.
  4. We send the dish to the oven for 30 minutes, the temperature is 180 degrees. Then we take it out and sprinkle with grated cheese, return it to the oven for another 10 minutes, so that the cheese crust “grabs”.
