Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breast fillet (s)
  • 2 tablespoon garlic, roasted (Asian shop)
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ sugar
  • 3 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 0.5 tablespoon ½ soy sauce, light
  • 300 ml oil (peanut oil)
  • lots pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the 2 chicken breast fillets into thin slices.
  2. Heat the peanut oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Fry the chicken slices for 3-4 minutes until cooked through to an internal temperature of 74 °C / 165 °F. Remove to a plate.
  4. Pour off most of the oil from the wok.
  5. Return the chicken to the wok. Add the roasted garlic, pepper to taste, sugar, oyster sauce, and soy sauce.
  6. Stir over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes until everything is coated and heated through.
  7. Serve with rice.
