This cooking recipe is very convenient, because we will cook the dish in one bowl. It’s simple and super tasty! Without using special ingredients, we end up with a delicious aromatic dish for dinner.

Ingredients
Chicken thighs – 5-6 Pieces
Rizoni pasta – 1.5 cups (or hard flour horns)
Onions – 1 Piece (medium size)
Tomatoes – 150 Grams (in own juice)
Garlic – 2 Cloves
Butter – 50 grams
Olive oil – 3 tbsp
Black pepper – 0.5 Teaspoons (ground)
Salt – 1 Teaspoon
Dried basil – 0.5 Teaspoons
Broth – 3 Glasses (or water)
Directions
First of all, let’s deal with chicken meat. Thoroughly clean, wash and dry. Lightly salt the thighs on the side that is not covered by the skin.
Preheat a frying pan with butter and olive oil and put the thighs with skin in the pan.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown and turn over.
Remove the fried chicken from the pan. And on the fat remaining from frying the meat, fry the rizoni pasta until they turn slightly brown. Don’t forget to stir!
Add finely chopped onion, stir and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then add chopped garlic and fry for another minute and a half.
Add tomatoes, salt, pepper and basil to hot water or broth. If you have whole tomatoes in their own juice, you need to cut them into small pieces. Stir well.
We spread the fried chicken pieces on the pasta.
And fill it with a mixture of broth and tomatoes.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, reduce heat to minimum and cover the pan with a lid. Cook until all the liquid is absorbed and the chicken and pasta are ready.
The dish is prepared under the lid for 15-20 minutes. Then remove from heat and let stand for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh herbs – and you can serve.
