Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 medium bell pepper (s)
  • 1 small Can / s tomato paste
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 100 g cheese, rated (Gouda)
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 250 g pasta, e.. fusilli
  • 100 ml crème fraîche with herbs
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in salted water until they are al dente.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a large pan with oil and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Cut the peppers into small cubes and add to them. Add the cream, tomato paste and garlic, stir everything well and simmer on a low heat. Crumble and mix in the feta cheese and season to taste with oregano, pepper, salt and paprika.
  3. Mix with the pasta in a baking dish. Spread the crème fraîche on top in dots and sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake at 180 ° C top / bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
