Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices (food processor or cucumber slicer). Bring 2 liters of salted water to the boil and scald the potatoes in it for 5 minutes, drain well.
  2. Pour olive oil into a deep fat pan, sprinkle the crushed garlic on top, and place the potato slices on the tray like scales. Bake for about 20 minutes at 220 ° C. When the potatoes are lightly brown, slice the sheep`s cheese directly onto the baking sheet with a cucumber slicer and let it melt gently for about 5 minutes.
  3. Serve hot. Tastes heavenly with tzatziki, bifteki, lamb chops and other grilled dishes.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
