  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Porcini mushrooms – 200 grams (boiled)
  • Chicken fillet – 500 grams
  • Cream – 200 Grams

Chicken with Porcini Mushrooms Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the carrots and onions. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil until golden brown.
  2. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes.
  3. Add chicken fillet to vegetables. Fry until the meat turns white.
  4. Add porcini mushrooms, cut into slices.
  5. Simmer until all the liquid has evaporated. Pour in the cream immediately.
