  • 50 g parmesan cheese

  • Lemon juice, fresh

Instructions

  1. Cut or slice the cleaned porcini mushrooms very thinly and arrange them in a fan shape on plates.
  2. Pour the grated parmesan on top.
  3. Salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Pour the chopped parsley over it.
